Privacy Policy

Biohack Evolve is built so that we never need your data. This policy explains exactly what the app does with information, and what it does not.

The short version

  • We collect no data. There is no account, no sign-up and no server of ours.
  • Everything stays on your device. Your profile, stack, intake log and audit log are stored locally and never sent to us or anyone else.
  • Face ID is handled by iOS and macOS. The app only learns whether unlocking succeeded; your biometric data is never accessible to it.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
  • No tracking, no analytics, no ads, no third parties.

Who we are

This policy covers the Biohack Evolve app for iPhone, iPad and Mac (“the app”) and this website, biohackevolve.app. Both are published by ZeroZero LLC (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@biohackevolve.app.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no account system and no server of ours, and it contains no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking software, from us or from anyone else. We do not receive, store, sell or share any information about you or about how you use the app. In App Store terms, the app’s privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.

What stays on your device

To work, the app stores the following only on your device, in the app’s own storage:

  • your profile, if you fill it in: age, weight, body-fat percentage, goals, medications, conditions, allergies and your eligibility confirmation
  • your stack and its schedule, your intake log and your notes
  • the audit log of what the app showed you, and your settings

None of it is uploaded, synced to a server or sent to us. Like other app data, it can be included in the device backups you make yourself (iCloud Backup, or a backup to a computer), which Apple or your computer store under your own account; we have no access to them. Each device keeps its own data: nothing is synced between your iPhone, iPad and Mac.

The Doctor Report is created on your device. It leaves the device only if you share, print or export it, and only to the place you choose (for example Mail, AirDrop, Files or a printer). Once you share it, the recipient’s own handling applies.

Face ID, Touch ID and your passcode

If you turn on the app lock, unlocking is handled entirely by iOS or macOS (Apple’s LocalAuthentication framework). The system tells the app only whether authentication succeeded. Your face data, fingerprint data and passcode are never accessible to the app or to us, and they never leave the secure hardware Apple stores them in. If you turn Face ID off for the app in iOS Settings, the app asks for your device passcode instead.

Purchases

Biohack Evolve Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment and manages the subscription under its own privacy policy; we never receive your name, Apple Account, card or billing details. The app checks whether Pro is active using Apple’s StoreKit on your device. Apple gives us sales and subscription reports that do not identify you.

Network connections

No feature of the app needs an internet connection. The app connects only to Apple, for App Store purchases and subscription status. Links to reference sources (for example the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements or ClinicalTrials.gov) open in your browser only when you tap them; the site you open then sees your IP address, as with any web visit, and its own privacy policy applies.

No tracking and no third parties

The app does not track you across apps or websites, does not use the advertising identifier, does not show ads and does not include third-party software development kits that collect data. It does not ask for access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or health records.

If you email us

If you write to us, we use your message and email address only to answer you, keep them only as long as needed for that and any follow-up, and then delete them. We never add you to a mailing list.

This website

biohackevolve.app sets no cookies and uses no analytics, trackers, advertising, third-party fonts, third-party scripts or embedded content, and it has no forms. It is hosted by Vercel, which processes each request’s IP address and browser user agent in its server logs to deliver and protect the site, and keeps those logs for a limited period under its own policy. We do not combine them with anything else. Links to the App Store and to Apple’s licence agreement take you to Apple’s sites, where Apple’s privacy policy applies.

Children

The app is for adults 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or under California law), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port personal data. Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to hand over or delete, except an email you may have sent us: ask and we will delete it. You control everything the app stores: you can edit or clear it in the app, and deleting the app removes its data from iPhone and iPad (on Mac, see Support). For any privacy question, write to support@biohackevolve.app. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is posted at this address with a new effective date. If the app ever starts collecting data, this policy and the App Store privacy label will be updated before that version is released.
